TotallyMoney hires Head of Data in credit personalisation drive
TotallyMoney, the credit app that helps everyone move their finances forward, has appointed Henry Pearce as Head of Data, as it ramps up the use of technology to help consumers improve their financial situation.
Having recently hit four million customers, TotallyMoney helps its customers understand, track and improve their credit score, using multiple data sources to offer tailored solutions and bespoke recommendations.
Joining from Tandem Bank, Henry will be pivotal in the development and roll-out of upcoming features, providing customers with personalised updates and tips to help improve their credit eligibility. This includes deeper insights into their spending and borrowing patterns, so they more thoroughly understand what may be holding them back.
As the cost-of-living crisis engulfs consumers across the country, TotallyMoney’s unique focus on those struggling to manage their finances — currently estimated to be around 25 million adults — will be more important than ever.
On his appointment, Henry Pearce said:
“TotallyMoney is completely changing the game when it comes to financial wellbeing. It’s a privilege to be joining a team with so much drive and determination to bring fintech to everyone, helping many to reach their financial goals. I’m excited to get stuck in.”
Alastair Douglas, CEO of TotallyMoney said:
“Data is fundamental to creating a fairer credit system that supports financial growth, not inhibits it. Henry’s passion and expertise is a perfect fit for us. With the cost-of-living crisis pushing many into financially vulnerable situations, it’s crucial we ensure data can work for our customers, not against them. We’re delighted to have Henry on board.”
